Liability Waiver

I, the undersigned client, recognize that training and exercise involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or even death. I agree to release and hold harmless Keen and Lucid and its affiliates from any liability, claims, demands, or actions related to participation in training sessions.

I affirm that I am in good physical condition and cleared by a physician to engage in exercise. I accept full responsibility for my health and well-being during all training activities.
